Methodological Strategies of Faculty Members: Moving toward Inclusive Pedagogy in Higher Education

چکیده

This study presents findings that can pose an advancement in the development of inclusive teaching practices university scope. The aim this work was to understand methodological strategies faculty members use their classrooms and difficulties they find implementation such strategies. A total 119 from different fields knowledge 10 Spanish universities participated study. data were gathered through semi-structured interviews later analysed using inductive system categories codes with computer software MaxQDA 12. obtained show actions these take interact students, methodologies teach, implement promote learning hinder practice classroom. concludes there are who committed designing projects based on principles Universal Design for Learning. They developing active classroom attending diversity students necessary support adjustments, approach pedagogy.
